Salmon Wellington with mushroom and dill Duxelle. White wine lemon cream. Vegetable medley. Serves 2 people. Ready to bake.
Instructions:
Place wellington on parchment paper onto baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Reheat the sauce on low heat ( do not let boil). Place the sealed sous-vide bag of vegetables in a pot of simmering water for 7 minutes. Drain and serve.
