Beef tartare kit

Beef tenderloin tartare kit. Serves 1-2 ppl. Easy to assemble.

Instructions:

Temper soft cooked egg in hot tap water for 5 mins. Mix together hand sliced beef, condiment mixture, and herbs. Serve on chilled plates. Place egg on top.
